Shipping & Return Policy

Fresh Stone Crab Shipping & Return Policy 

Our hours of operation are 7 days a week from 9am-9pm EST. Shipping is available Monday – Friday Only. Please call for Saturday delivery. Sunday shipping for Monday is not available due to UPS being closed on Sundays and the perishable aspect of our products. 

All products can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

All products are shipped fresh via UPS Priority Overnight. Fresh Stone Crab is not responsible for UPS shipping, any errors and updates, please contact UPS directly.

Fresh Stone Crab is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

UPS currently does not offer insurance, if there is a delay in delivery due to weather conditions or UPS capabilities, Fresh Stone Crab is not responsible. 

If the address submitted at checkout is incorrect or if delivery is completed incorrect (due to UPS), we are not responsible. Please review terms and conditions for UPS Overnight here.

As all of our products are perishable, they are shipped by overnight delivery only and are considered “signature release,” which means UPS does not require a signature for drop off. Please be sure you are home or someone can check for your package on the day it is to be delivered.

Our cut-off for both local delivery and next day delivery is 3 p.m. EST.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of the products we offer, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. That said, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 7 days from when you receive your order to notify us of the issue you experienced with your order. We ask that a photo be provided with details as we are happy to work with you in resolving any issues with your order that you may experience. We handle all inquiries regarding damaged products on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email, shelly@freshstonecrab.com

What is your warranty policy?

Due to the perishable nature of the products we offer, we are not able to offer a warranty. That said, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 7 days from when you receive your order to notify us of the issue you experienced with your order. We are happy to work with you in resolving any issues with your order that you may experience. We handle all inquiries regarding damaged products on a case-by-case basis. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is required 3 calendar days prior to delivery date to receive a full refund. Email shelly@freshstonecrab.com for assistance. Example: If you order for Thursday delivery, you will need to cancel your order by Monday 12 p.m. EST. Any cancellation requests after the 3-day window, will not qualify for a refund.
